Khokim of Tashkent region dismissed from office
In accordance with the presidential decree, khokim of the Tashkent region Rustam Kholmatov has been relieved of his post.

Davron Khidoyatov, former first deputy khokim of Tashkent, has been appointed acting khokim of the Tashkent region.
Today, January 30, a meeting of the council of people’s deputies was held in the Tashkent region. Prime Minister Abdulla Aripov also attended it. During the meeting, the khokim of the region Rustam Kholmatov was dismissed from office.
At the meeting, Davron Khidoyatov, who had served as the first deputy khokim of Tashkent for two years, was appointed acting khokim of the Tashkent region. Khidoyatov was Jakhongir Artikhodjayev’s deputy for architecture, capital construction and communications development.
Earlier, it was reported that the khokim of the Almazar district Bakhtiyor Rakhmonov became the first deputy khokim of Tashkent.
