Shavkat Mirziyoyev: The price of air tickets should be reconsidered

President Shavkat Mirziyoyev has once again reminded the Minister of Transport Ilhom Mahkamov of the problems with air transportation.

“Prices need to be reconsidered. If they are not reduced, people will cease using air services,” Shavkat Mirziyoyev said.

The head of state President also touched upon other issues in the field of tourism. In particular, the chairman of the Tourism Committee Aziz Abdukhakimov was instructed to attract 1.7 million foreign tourists this year.

“Abdukhakimov and his team are responsible for the implementation of 12 tasks within the State Program. He, together with the regional khokims, will develop a program for the improvement of land, water and road infrastructure in each district within a month,” Shavkat Mirziyoyev said.
