Health official trying to sell 1 hectare of land for $45,000 detained in Andijan (video)

In the Andijan region, the head of one of the district centers of sanitary and epidemiological welfare and public health service has been detained. The official planned to sell the leased land.

The head of the district center for sanitary and epidemiological welfare and public health service concluded an agreement with a local farmer on the lease of an orchard located on 1 hectare of land. However, he was not planning to use it, he intended to sell it for $45,000. Profiting with easy money did not work. 

The Andijan regional SSS Department together with the regional Department under the Prosecutor General’s Office held an operational event, during which the official was detained while receiving the money he had requested from the buyer.
