Fix Price opens a new store in Tashkent
Fix Price has opened its 25th store in Tashkent, Spot writes with reference to the press-service of the company.
In total, the chain has 4,300 stores in seven countries. For comparison, in October 2020 there were 4,000 of them.
In early March, the company announced its plans to expand its business in Uzbekistan.
The turnover of the entire retail market in the country is still small – $14.7 billion, and the number of modern stores does not exceed 46 thousand, but the republic has a high annual growth rate – 19%. For comparison, in Belarus, the figure is 11.5% and in Kazakhstan – 12.5%.
