“Restrictions on entry for Uzbek citizens studying in Russia remain in force” – Uzbekistan’s Embassy in Moscow
The Embassy of Uzbekistan in Russia has issued a statement for students enrolled in Russian universities.

According to the decision of the Russian government of March 16, 2021, foreign students, graduate students, interns, students of preparatory faculties are allowed to enter Russia to continue their studies.
Citizens of 25 countries can enter Russia to study. However, restrictions remain in force for citizens of Uzbekistan studying in Russian higher educational institutions.
“If there is any news, additional information will be provided,” the Embassy said in a statement.
