Coronavirus cases surpass 84 thousand in Uzbekistan

On April 6, 192 people tested positive for coronavirus in Uzbekistan, bringing the total number of cases to 84,127.

According to the Ministry of Health, 140 cases were registered in the city of Tashkent, 1 – in Karakalpakstan, 2 – in Andijan, 4 – in Bukhara, 15 – in Samarkand, 3 – in Syrdarya, 1 – in Surkhandarya, 2 – in Fergana, 2 – in Khorezm and 22 – in Tashkent region.

Also, one patient died. The official death toll has reached 633.

So far, 82,055 people have recovered from the disease. Currently, 1,439 people are being treated in hospitals, 229 of them are in serious and 104 – in critical condition.
