Senate announces date and program of Tanzila Narbayeva’s visit to Russia
An official visit of the Uzbekistan delegation led by the Senate Chairperson Tanzila Narbayeva to the Russian Federation (Moscow and St. Petersburg) will take place on April 13-16, the press service of the upper house of parliament reported.
During the visit, Tanzila Narbayeva will meet with the Federation Council Chairperson Valentina Matviyenko and the Speaker of the State Duma Vyacheslav Volodin. Also, the delegation will participate in the next meeting of the commission on cooperation between the upper houses of parliaments of Uzbekistan and Russia.
On April 15-16, members of the delegation are scheduled to visit St. Petersburg to participate in the next meeting of the CIS Inter-parliamentary Assembly.
