Tashkent khokim to found special stipend for schoolchildren and their teachers from September

As part of the “Five Initiative Movement” program, the Tashkent city khokim held an open dialogue with young people. According to a Kun.uz correspondent, Jakhongir Artikhodjayev spoke at the event about the introduction of stipends for schoolchildren.

“We have a plan this year to provide stipends to schoolchildren. Starting from September, 5 schoolchildren will receive a special stipend in the amount of 500,000 soums a month and their teacher – 1 million soums,” Artikhodjayev said.
