FM Abdulaziz Kamilov hosts UK Minister of State for South Asia Lord Tariq Ahmad

On September 14, Foreign Minister Abdulaziz Kamilov hosted the British Minister of State for South Asia and the Commonwealth Lord Tariq Ahmad.

According to the MFA press service, the parties discussed the current state of bilateral relations and prospects for the further development of multifaceted cooperation, as well as the interaction between the two countries within the framework of international structures.

In addition, an exchange of views took place on upcoming joint events in various formats. Special attention was paid to enhancing trade, economic and investment ties.

The sides also considered the current situation in Afghanistan and possible interaction to provide humanitarian assistance to this country.
