Senate of Oliy Majlis to convene XIX plenary session on Sept 29

On September 28, the Senate Council held a regular meeting in Tashkent.

According to the press service of the parliament, the meeting participants adopted a resolution to convene the nineteenth plenary session of the Senate of Oliy Majlis on September 29.

The plenary session will be held via videoconferencing and will discuss the following laws:

- “On insolvency”;

- “On amendments and additions to the Law of Uzbekistan on the state customs service”;

- “On amendments and additions to some legislative acts of Uzbekistan in connection with the improvement of the anti-corruption system”;

- “On amendments and additions to some legislative acts of Uzbekistan in connection with the improvement of the legal framework for adopting children”.

In addition, it is planned to consider the laws “On amendments and additions to the Administrative Responsibility Code of Uzbekistan” and “On amendments to the Criminal Code of Uzbekistan”.
