The draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers “On approval of the Regulation on the procedure for partial reimbursement of costs for the purchase of land plots by electronic social auction to certain socially protected persons” was announced.
The draft resolution provides for the implementation of the presidential decree “On measures to ensure equality and transparency in land relations, reliable protection of land rights and their transformation into market assets”. It has been prepared in order to further improve the system of social support in the purchase of land plots for individual housing construction by certain categories of citizens.
The draft resolution establishes the procedure for social support in the purchase of land plots for individual housing construction by certain categories of citizens. The draft resolution is included in 3 points, the appendix to the draft consists of 11 points.
According to the project:
• the families of servicemen who died in the line of duty, victims who lost their homes as a result of natural and man-made emergencies will be fully or partially reimbursed for the land purchased through an electronic online auction;
• reimbursement will be made at the expense of the part of revenues of republican budget of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, regional budgets and the city budget of Tashkent city and district (city) budgets exceeding the forecast, as well as social funds of local governments (sources of funding for measures to support families included in the “Iron Book”, “Youth Book” and “Women’s Book” funds), sponsorship funds and other sources not prohibited by law.
It was noted that the adoption of the draft resolution will serve to regulate the legal framework in this area, as well as to further improve the population in need of special social protection.
