Qanot Sharq launches charter flights to Ukraine

Private airline Qanot Sharq announced the expansion of its route network.

From October 14, the company began operating charter flights from Tashkent to Vnukovo airport in Moscow.

The airline intends to fly to the Russian capital twice a week: on Thursdays and Saturdays, Spot said.

In addition, charter flights on the route Tashkent - Kyiv - Tashkent have been launched from October 18.

Qanot Sharq announced its intention to create the first private passenger airline in Uzbekistan in 2019. In July 2021, the company was granted the right to carry out commercial passenger air transportation.

In September, the airline operated its first flight to Sharjah (UAE). In early October, the company’s website began working in test mode. So far, air tickets for charter flights from Tashkent to Moscow and back are available for purchase.

Qanot Sharq will fly from regional airports to international destinations such as Istanbul, Ankara (Turkey), Dubai (UAE), Jeddah, Medina (Saudi Arabia), Moscow, St. Petersburg (Russian Federation) and Almaty (Kazakhstan).
