Nearly 30 thousand divorces registered in Uzbekistan since the beginning of 2021

Since the beginning of the year, 29,031 cases of divorce have been registered in Uzbekistan, the Statistics Committee said.

As of October 1, 2021, the number of divorces recorded by regions:

Karakalpakstan Republic – 1,090
Andijan region – 2,911
Bukhara region – 1,540
Jizzakh region – 947
Kashkadarya region – 2,044
Navoi region – 920
Namangan region – 2,257
Samarkand region – 3,032
