Uzbekistan launches special Telegram bot for pensioners

A special Telegram bot has been launched for pensioners in Uzbekistan.

According to the press service of the Pension Fund, the bot (@pensiyauzbot) will provide information on the necessary documents for the appointment of a pension and information on its payment.

In addition, through the bot, citizens will be able to contact the Pension Fund directly. In the future, it is planned to introduce the function of obtaining information about the accumulative pension account.

Only citizens who are on the list of the Pension Fund and are connected to the SMS Pension service can use the Telegram bot.
