Uzbekistan imported about $39 million worth of potatoes in 9 months
In January-September 2021, Uzbekistan imported 331.6 thousand tons of potatoes from 13 countries for $38.8 million.

Potato imports increased by 83.7 thousand tons compared to the same period last year, the State Statistics Committee said.
During the reporting period, Uzbekistan imported potatoes mainly from:
Iran – 121.7 thousand tons
Kazakhstan – 95.4 thousand tons
Pakistan – 81 thousand tons
Kyrgyzstan – 17.4 thousand tons
The Netherlands – 10.6 thousand tons
Russia – 4.4 thousand tons
France – 616 tons
Afghanistan – 374.6 tons
Germany – 66.3 tons
