Applicants who applied for master’s degree courses and attended state admission exams but failed them, scored 40 percent (40 points) or higher of the maximum score in the subject of the specialty may be admitted to universities on a tuition fee basis.
According to the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education, candidates who took part in the entrance exams for the master's degree courses and meet the above requirements can apply to the admissions office of the relevant university from November 9, 2021.
The deadline for payment of the tuition fee under the agreement is November 20, 2021.
