French citizen detained in Surkhandarya for trying to illegally cross the state border with Afghanistan
In the Termez district of Surkhandarya region, a citizen of France was detained for trying to illegally cross the state border and pass to Afghanistan. Psychotropic drugs were found in his bag, the regional police department said.

It is noted that on November 26, 2021, at 19:00, a French citizen T.M. was detained while trying to illegally cross the state border with the aim of leaving for Afghanistan.
Upon examination, it was revealed that the man was hiding 26 units of tramadol tablets in his backpack, which were seized as material evidence.
Currently, employees of the regional customs department are conducting a pre-investigation check.
