US Assistant Secretary cooking plov in Tashkent

US Assistant Secretary for South and Central Asian Affairs Donald Lu, who is on a visit to Uzbekistan, has prepared plov with world-renowned chef Bahriddin Chustiy at Human House Gallery in Tashkent, the US Embassy said.

“Sharing good food and traditions brings us -- Americans and Uzbekistanis -- together!” the embassy added.

Donald Lu arrived in Uzbekistan leading the US delegation to participate in the first meeting of the Strategic Partnership Dialogue between the two countries.
