NMMC split into three independent enterprises

“As a result of the economic reforms carried out in the combine, starting from January 1, 2022, 3 independent enterprises have been organized – JSC Navoi Mining and Metallurgical Combine, SE Navoiyuran, State Institution “Fund of Navoi Mining and Metallurgical Combine” the report reads.

Over the past three years, systematic work has been carried out to transform the NMMC. Important documents in this direction are the presidential decree “On measures to reform the State Enterprise Navoi Mining and Metallurgical Combine” dated March 06, 2020, the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers “On organizing the activities of the SE Navoiyuran, JSC Navoi Mining and Metallurgical Combine and the State Institution “Fund of the Navoi Mining and Metallurgical Combine” dated March 30, 2021.
