Russia has more enterprises with foreign capital in Uzbekistan than any other country

As of January 1, 2022, the number of enterprises and organizations with foreign capital registered in Uzbekistan is 13.7 thousand, of which 13.3 thousand are operating.

According to the State Statistics Committee, the number of operating enterprises with foreign capital increased by 1,508 compared to the corresponding period of 2021.

The number of enterprises with foreign capital by country:

1. Russia - 2 309
2. China - 1927
3. Turkey - 1 882
4. Kazakhstan - 1067
5. South Korea - 896

The number of newly created enterprises with the participation of foreign capital by country in January - December 2021: Turkey - 407, Russia - 356, China - 266, Kazakhstan - 209, South Korea - 97.
