Tashkent city khokim’s decision on approving minimum cost of the right to lease a land plot submitted for discussion
The Single Portal published a draft decision of the capital’s khokim “On approval of the minimum cost of the right to lease a land plot in Tashkent”.
According to document, the minimum cost of the right to lease a land plot in Tashkent will be determined by economic zones and regions.

The State Tax Administration of the Tashkent city enters the minimum cost of the right to lease a land plot in the capital into the Yerelektron automated information system within 1 working day from the date of approval.
The draft also states that the Tashkent city department of the cadastral agency and district khokimiyats:
- form a list of vacant land plots for sale at the auction;
- within 5 working days from the date of the agreed or positive opinion on land plots, determine the initial price of the land plot based on the minimum cost of the right to lease the land plot.
