64 pine trees illegally felled in Tashkent region
As a result of this deforestation, damage in the amount of 1 billion 575 million soums caused to the nature.

According to the State Ecological Committee, on the territory of “Saryuz” mahalla of Bekabad district, 64 pine trees were illegally cut down by citizen O.Kh. and others.
An administrative protocol was drawn up against the citizen under Article 79-1 of the Criminal Procedural Code. The wrongdoer was imposed a fine of 1 million 350 thousand soums – 5 BCAs. Allegedly, damage worth 1 billion 575 million soums caused to flora.
All relevant documents were collected and the case was sent to law enforcement bodies.
