Uzbekistan evacuated over 5,600 citizens from Ukraine

The number of Uzbeks evacuated from Ukraine has exceeded 5,600, the Foreign Ministry said.
On March 11, another 254 Uzbek citizens were brought back home from Ukraine via Katowice airport in Poland.
From February 28 to March 11, 25 flights were organized and 5,634 citizens of Uzbekistan were returned from the war zone.
Earlier, it was reported that 98 Uzbek citizens who had left Ukraine were evacuated from Moldova via Bucharest (Romania) airport.
