At the first stage, from April 15, vacuum cleaners, washing machines, refrigerators and freezers, TV sets and monitors are subject to labeling.
A resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers “On the introduction of a system of mandatory digital marking of certain types of goods” was adopted.
It should be recalled that enterprises engaged in retail or wholesale trade in goods subject to mandatory digital labeling are required to connect to the national information system for monitoring the labeling and tracking of products “Asl belgisi”.
The CRPT TURON company, created by the Russian Center for Developing Advanced Technologies, has been designated as the system operator.
The following deadlines for the start of mandatory digital marking and types of products by groups have been established:
• the 1st group – vacuum cleaners, washing machines, refrigerators and freezers, TVs and monitors - from April 15, 2022;
• the 2nd group – household gas stoves, cooker hoods, ovens and stoves, microwave ovens, irons, water heaters - from August 1, 2022;
• the 3rd group – water boilers, air conditioners, built-in electrical appliances (juice extractor, blender, mixer, coffee grinder, meat grinder), all types of lamps – from November 1, 2022.
The resolution also approved:
• list of identification codes for household appliances with mandatory digital marking;
• schedule for the phased introduction of a system of mandatory digital marking of manufacturers of household appliances;
• a schedule for the phased introduction of a system of mandatory digital marking of household appliances by importing organizations;
• schedule for the phased transition of wholesale and retail trade organizations to the system of mandatory digital marking of household appliances;
• regulation on the peculiarities of digital marking of household appliances by means of identification.
Marking codes for household appliances with mandatory digital marking are provided to manufacturers and importers of these products by the operator on the basis of a relevant order.
