Belarus remains major supplier of beef to Uzbekistan
In the first two months of 2022, Uzbekistan imported 5.9 thousand tons of beef from 7 countries for $26.5 million.

The State Statistics Committee notes that beef imports increased by almost 2 thousand tons compared to the same period last year.
In January-February 2022, Uzbekistan imported beef mainly from the following countries:
- Belarus - 4 thousand tons
- Kazakhstan - 1.2 thousand tons
- Ukraine - 320 tons
