Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan agree to mutually recognize vaccination certificates
The Government of Uzbekistan and the Government of Kyrgyzstan have assessed the urgent measures being taken at the national level to combat the COVID-19 pandemic, including in the economic and social spheres.

The parties stressed the importance of strict and comprehensive measures to protect the territory of the states from the entry and spread of COVID-19 infection.
The parties agreed to mutually recognize the official certificates confirming vaccination against COVID-19 issued by the competent authorities in accordance with the legislation of the states. The agreement came into force on March 26 this year.
Earlier, it was reported that a similar agreement had been reached with Kazakhstan.
