Over 12,000 divorces registered in Uzbekistan in three months

According to the State Statistics Committee, the highest number of divorces was recorded in the city of Tashkent – 1,484. 

The number of divorces by provinces:

• Samarkand region – 1,269;
• Tashkent region – 1,265;
• Andijan region – 1,240;
• Fergana region – 1,171;
• Namangan region – 1,078;
• Kashkadarya region – 1,073;
• Surkhandarya region – 679;
• Bukhara region – 666;
• Republic of Karakalpakstan – 554;
• Khorezm region – 494;
• Syrdarya region – 431;
• Jizzakh region – 416;
• Navoi region – 347.
