A resident of Uchkuprik district of Fergana region beat his own daughter several times as she went out on a date at night. As a result of the injuries received, the girl first lost her consciousness and later died.
Spokesman for the Prosecutor General’s Office Khayot Shamsutdinov reported on the murder of a schoolgirl in Fergana by her father. According to him, on June 4, 2022, a resident of Turgok village, Uchkuprik district, Fergana region, K.Sh. found out that her underage daughter had secretly met a young man in a Spark car at night.
“An angry father hit his daughter on the head several times. The girl lost consciousness due to the injuries she received.
The father sprinkled water on his daughter’s face, woke her up, and ordered her not to talk with that guy anymore. After that, the girl entered the bedroom and died from her injuries,” the report said.
A criminal case under Paragraph “d” of Article 104-3 of the Criminal Code (intentional infliction of grievous bodily harm resulting in the death of the victim) of the Criminal Code was initiated.
The suspect was detained in a procedural order. The Investigation Department of the Uchkuprik district DIA is investigating the case.
