Azimut Airlines launches regular flights to Navoi
For the first time, the Russian airline Azimut has launched regular flights to Navoi, Uzbekistan Airports reported.
The plane of Azimut Airlines landed at Navoi International Airport on June 11 at 02:00 with 100 passengers on board. Traditionally, the plane was greeted solemnly with a water bow.
This was the first passenger flight of Azimut on the Moscow-Navoi-Moscow route. Flights from Vnukovo Airport are operated on SSJ100 aircraft once a week on Fridays.
Azimut is a Russian airline based in Krasnodar and Rostov-on-Don.
On the basis of the intergovernmental agreement on air services between Uzbekistan and Russia, the Uzaviatsiya agency issued a permit to Azimut on March 28, 2022.
