MIFT: Practical cooperation deepens with Saudi Arabian companies
Yesterday, Deputy Minister of Investments and Foreign Trade of Uzbekistan Shukhrat Vafayev met with the heads of the Saudi companies “Kdot Partners”, “Maharah Human Resources” and “Classera”.
According to the press service of the Ministry of Investments and Foreign Trade (MIFT), the meeting participants were informed about the ongoing economic reforms and transformations in the country, comprehensive measures to liberalize the economy and improve the investment climate.
During the conversation, issues of deepening practical bilateral cooperation in attracting investments, implementing joint investment projects, as well as interaction in a number of priority areas were discussed. For example, significant opportunities were noted for the development of cooperation in such areas as education, technology and innovation, transport and tourism. The prospects for deepening cooperation in the field of education were considered separately.
Following the meeting, an agreement was reached to continue close work in order to implement the tasks set, planned activities and agreed projects.
