The match is scheduled to kick off at 8:30 p.m. local time, the Uzbekistan Football Association said.
The fixture comes five days after Uzbekistan’s home friendly against Russia, scheduled for November 12 at Pakhtakor Stadium in Tashkent.
Uzbekistan, coached by Fabio Cannavaro, lost 2-0 to South Korea in its most recent match.
Saudi Arabia, meanwhile, won the Gulf Cup after defeating the United Arab Emirates 2-0 in the final on October 6.
