Uzbekistan increases passenger car production

According to the State Statistics Committee, passenger car production increased by 40,680 units compared to the same period last year.

The volume of production of certain types of industrial products in January-May 2022:

• motor gasoline - 475 thousand tons;
• coal - 2.1 million tons;
• oil - 318 thousand tons;
• gas condensate - 555 thousand tons;
• passenger cars - 126,474 units;
• buses - 376 units;
• trucks - 1,596 units;
• automobile engines - 94.1 thousand units.

The number of passenger cars produced in May 2022 (by types):

• Cobalt - 10,226 units;
• Lacetti-Gentra - 9,076 units;
• Damas - 6,057 units;
• Spark - 1,708 units;
• Nexia T-250 - 2,169 units;
• Special vehicles - 2,067 units.
