Energy ministers of SCO member states to meet in Tashkent
On June 24, Tashkent will host the Second Meeting of Energy Ministers of the SCO member states.

The heads of the Ministries of Energy of Uzbekistan, India, Kazakhstan, China, Kyrgyzstan, Pakistan, Russia and Tajikistan will discuss the current state of relations and prospects for further strengthening cooperation.
Following the meeting, the parties are expected to approve conceptual documents on the SCO energy track. The ministers will develop an Action Plan for the practical implementation of the Cooperation Concept in the field of energy and adopt a draft Program of Collaboration for using renewable energy sources.
The heads of delegations of the SCO member states will also take part in the upcoming Energy Forum of Uzbekistan – UEF-2022 (June 23-24).
