Gas filling stations violate legislation in relation to 108,000 liters of oil products
Uzneftgazinspeksiya under the Ministry of Energy carried out regular control activities in June-July regarding compliance of the quality and quantity of oil products delivered to consumers with the requirements of the current regulatory documents.
According to the Uzneftgazinspeksiya press service, during the control measures, violations of the law related to 108,000 liters of oil products were detected in the gas filling facilities belonging to 44 private enterprises engaged in the sale of oil products.
In particular:
• 34,000 liters of oil products were found to be of poor quality when samples were taken and analyzed in laboratory conditions.
• 60,000 liters of deficit, 15,000 liters of surplus and 299 liters of unjustified write-off were allowed;
• In 10 cases, consumers were poured less than 30 to 750 milliliters per 10 liters;
• About 70 technical and metrological deficiencies were allowed at gas filling stations.
Most of the cases of law violation detected throughout the republic were in Namangan region (55.4 thousand liters), Fergana region (27 thousand liters), Syrdarya region (14.2 thousand liters), Surkhandarya region (4.2 thousand liters) and Kashkadarya region (2. 7 thousand liters).
All documents collected on the above violations are regularly being sent to the law enforcement agencies for taking legal actions, the report reads.
