For the first time in the history of Afghanistan, a policy of tolerance was announced;
No one was fired for their political ideology;
Now we have the Ministry of Defense and Ministry of Internal Affairs working very well. We have recruited many young people for them;
We have not used these power structures against our people or our neighbors.
We call all compatriots who have gone abroad to return, Afghanistan is the land of all Afghans.
20 years of war and US sanctions are the main cause of poverty and the common people are suffering from it.
After a long time, we opened all the universities and schools.
Now we have almost 10 million children studying in schools.
Where there are conditions for women, they are working, where there are no conditions, they are working from home. We are paying them to work from home until we can accommodate them.
Efforts are underway for Afghanistan to become an international hub for trade cooperation between regions – the shortest route to connect South and Central Asia.
We promised and did not threaten other countries from the territory of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan.
We have fulfilled all our promises. Now we ask that the United States fulfill its promises.
We are ready to establish relations with all countries based on mutual respect.
We call on the US to return the frozen funds without any conditions. We also call on all countries to invest in the country.
