Changes coming into force from August 1 announced
Kun.uz website highlights some changes in the legislation of Uzbekistan that will come into force on August 1, 2022.
• A group of household appliances will have mandatory digital marking.
• The Mobile-ID system of identification of an individual will be introduced.
• A rating system for evaluating the work efficiency of family doctor stations and family polyclinics will be introduced.
• Cinemas will be required to connect to a special information system.
• All documents for issuing a driver’s license will be accepted only through Single Portal.
• The list of district state organizations providing legal services will expand.
• A new system of registering persons with disabilities will be introduced.
• The unified information system “Electronic inquiry and preliminary investigation” will be launched in its full version.
• Land plots of the Forest Fund that are not covered by forests and are suitable for the establishment of cultural plantations of medicinal plants will be put up for auction.
• Openness Index will be introduced in state bodies and organizations.
• UzGasTrade JSC will start working as the only operator of the state in the centralized purchase of natural gas.
• Applications of young people with disabilities for subsidies up to 50 BCAs will be accepted.
