Cargo transportation volume by train up
In January-June 2022, 35.9 million tons of cargo was transported by main rail transport across Uzbekistan.
According to the State Statistics Committee, the volume of cargo transportation increased by 1.9% compared to the corresponding period last year.
During the reporting period. potatoes, vegetables and fruits showed the highest growth rates (by 1.8 times) by type of cargo sent by public rail transport in comparison with the same period in 2021.
