Foreign Ministry of Uzbekistan condemns Kabul mosque bombing
A bombing at a mosque in the Afghan capital of Kabul during evening prayers on Wednesday killed at least 10 people, including a prominent cleric, and wounded at least 27.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan condemned the terrorist attack.
“With a feeling of deep sorrow, we received the message about the death and injury of a large number of people as a result of the bombing on August 17 in one of the mosques in Kabul during the evening prayer,” the statement says.
The Foreign Ministry strongly condemned the terrorist act, and also expressed the hope that all measures would be taken to identify the organizers and perpetrators of this barbaric action.
