Starting from September 1, power of attorney for driving a motor vehicle can be issued at a convenient price both via my.gov.uz and remotely.
Drivers do not have to look for a notary office to get a power of attorney and do not have to wait in queues to get a document approved. All processes will be performed online.
There is no problem even if the document is not present at the time of applying for power of attorney; it will be checked electronically by RPO employees.
A separate payment procedure has been established for the electronic power of attorney (state duty - 3 times the BCA - 900,000 soums).
In this state duty, the following amounts will be charged:
- for a period of up to 1 month - 10 percent (90 thousand soums);
- for up to 6 months - 50 percent (450 thousand soums);
- for a period of up to 3 years - 100 percent (900 thousand soums).
Before that, it was reported that from September 1, notary approval of transport lease contracts between citizens and legal entities with a passenger transport license would not be required.
