Several citizens of Uzbekistan forcibly detained in Shymkent
In Kazakhstan, documents of Uzbek citizens were returned and their monthly salaries were paid.

According to the Migration Agency, a group of Uzbek citizens working in Shymkent complained that their passports were confiscated and they were forcibly detained.
It is noted that an employee of the Foreign Labor Migration Agency in Shymkent and the operative team of the Shymkent Police Department went to the place of work of citizens in connection with the appeal.
Passports of Uzbeks were returned and their monthly salaries were paid. Currently, it is said that measures are being taken to return them to Uzbekistan.
Earlier it was reported that an employer who attracted Uzbek citizens into forced labor was arrested in Russia.
