Costs of establishing new lemon groves to be covered

The subsidy will be allocated within 1 month after the construction of lemon groves has been completed and the documents approved by the district working commission on their acceptance into use have been submitted to the Horticulture and Greenhouse Development Agency under the Ministry of Agriculture.

Reimbursement of the costs of heating devices that work with alternative energy (compared to natural gas) purchased by agricultural organizations that grow lemons:

•  up to 30% of the cost of heating devices that work on alternative energy (compared to natural gas) purchased by agricultural organizations that grow lemons will be covered by the funds of the Horticulture and Greenhouse Development Fund of the Agency for the Development of Horticulture and Greenhouses under the Ministry of Agriculture;
•  the decision of the fund board to allocate funds to agricultural organizations – project initiators to cover a part of the costs of purchasing alternative energy devices is the basis for formalizing the agreement on the allocation of subsidies between the agency and the applicant. Up to 30% of the cost of alternative energy devices will be transferred by the agency as a subsidy to the main bank account specified in the applicant's application within a month;
•  the Ministry of Finance is responsible for providing subsidies to cover part of the costs of alternative energy devices purchased by agricultural organizations that grow lemons in the formation of the main parameters of the state budget every year and to transfer them to the agency in the prescribed manner.

Covering the costs of establishing new lemon groves and purchasing seedlings:

•  costs related to the establishment of new lemon groves and the purchase of seedlings will be covered as a subsidy in the amount not exceeding 300,000 soums per hectare;
•  subsidy for the project initiators to cover part of the expenses related to the construction of new lemon groves and the purchase of seedlings will be allocated within a month after the construction of lemon groves is completed and the documents approved by the district working commission on their acceptance for use are submitted to the agency.
