Olmazor district administration, Uzbekistan Railways, Uzbekistan Airways Technics LLC, several district preschool education departments and others are among the organizations that allowed violations of the law.
The Tashkent regional administration of the Anti-Monopoly Committee monitors continuous tender sales in the region, the press service of the committee reported.
It is noted that during the 8 months of 2022, budget and corporate customers in Tashkent held 1,974 tenders with a total starting price of 2 trillion 590 billion 900 million soums.
As a result of studies conducted by the Tashkent regional administration of the anti-monopoly committee, cases of violations of the Law “On State Procurement” and “On Competition” were found in 156 tenders with a total initial value of 107.12 billion soums.
Specialized school No. 66 for children with disabilities, Bektemir, Mirabad, Yashnabad, Mirzo Ulugbek district preschool education departments, Yashnabad district public education department, Uzbekistan Airways Technics LLC, Republican Specialized Music School named after R. Glier, 13th Bridge Construction Detachment of UE “Kuprikqurilish tresti” under Uzbekistan Railways JSC, Olmazor district administration, Mirabad district Landscaping Department, SUE “Tashkent heating center”, Tashkent unitary enterprise for the use of bridges, Uz Chasys LLC , Hotel Uzbekistan LLC, Boarding school for the blind, Tashkent regional specialized somatic hospital, Academic lyceum under the Tashkent State University of Uzbek language and literature, as well as 52 other organizations allowed such violations. A case has been initiated against them and appropriate instructions have been issued.
Also, 23 purchases were voluntarily canceled by customers. Information has been submitted for law enforcement agencies to take action on the violations committed in 81 state procurements.
