Man trying to smuggle hash oil into Uzbekistan in a rugby ball detained at Tashkent airport
A man flying from Istanbul hid hash oil in a rugby ball.

According to the State Customs Committee, there were 72 ampoules containing three types of hash oil in the ball.
The passenger also tried to smuggle into Uzbekistan 33 vape devices for smoking electronic cigarettes and 22 devices for charging them.
During the investigation, the passenger stated that the substances did not belong to him and that he was transporting them on someone else's order. To confirm his words, he provided correspondence in the Telegram messenger. However, according to the SCC, this does not relieve the citizen from responsibility.
