Relatives of deceased patient beat ambulance worker in Fergana

On November 12, at about 04:00 am, a resident of the Aktomir mahalla in the Rishtan district called the district emergency department and said that his 80-year-old father urgently needed medical assistance due to a sharp deterioration in health.

The emergency personnel who arrived at the scene decided to hospitalize the patient because the elderly man had high blood pressure. Upon arrival at the central district hospital, the patient died.

The angry son and grandson of the deceased beat the ambulance doctor.

On this fact, a criminal case has been initiated under Part 1, Article 277 (Hooliganism) of the Criminal Code. An investigation is underway.
