A major fire broke out in multi-storey building in Andijan (video)

In extinguishing the fire, which took more than an hour, 12 fire-rescue crews were involved.

On November 20, at about 21:09, the emergency department of Andijan region received a message about a fire in one of the multi-storey buildings located in the 3rd microdistrict of the Andijan city.

At 21:18, 12 fire-rescue crews arrived at the scene, the fire was localized at 21:40, and it was completely extinguished at 22:25.

About 400 sq.m. roof area of the house was damaged as a result of the fire. No casualties were reported. Causes of fire and extent of damage are being established.

According to the press service of the regional khokimiyat, repair work began on the morning of November 21, materials for construction work were delivered to the scene.
