Developer covers 3.5 billion soums worth of damage for felled trees in Tashkent
200 new seedlings were planted in place of the cut down trees on the territory of the construction site.

The construction company āYangi zamon binoā LLC, held accountable for cutting down trees in the āIltifotā mahalla in the capitalās Yashnabad district, fully covered the damage caused to the plant world, the deputy Rasul Kusherbayev reported.
The enterprise paid 3 billion 514 million 200 thousand soums.
In addition, at the request of the prosecutorās office, 200 new seedlings were planted on the construction site.
It should be recalled that a criminal case was initiated on this fact under Article 198-3 of the Criminal Code (damage or destruction of crops, forests, trees or other plants).
