Trees falling in Tashkent due to heavy snowfall (photo)
On the night of January 10, heavy snowfall in Tashkent caused the branches of many trees to bend or break, and some trees fell due to the softening of the roots after the rain that fell before the snow.
It was caught on surveillance cameras that branches of some trees broke or completely fell because they couldnāt bear the weight of the snow that has been falling in the capital since last night.
A Kun.uz correspondent wandered the streets of Tashkent and prepared a photo report showing fallen trees or broken branches that were heavy with snow.

Videos of fallen trees due to rainfall are circulating on social networks.
In some cases, it can be seen that it has caused damage to vehicles. It is not yet known how many cars were damaged by the falling trees.
Officials are warning drivers not to park their vehicles under trees and fragile structures.
Earlier, the Tashkent city DIA warned about heavy snowfall and strong wind in Tashkent on January 9-11.
