Prosecutor of Angren urged teachers to clean the school of snow
Social networks have been circulating a video that shows the prosecutor of Angren criticizing teachers. In his opinion, if there are no pupils at the school, then teachers should work off their salaries by cleaning snow.
A video of the Angren city prosecutor criticizing teachers for not clearing snow from the school sidewalks aroused public controversy.
“Here, they have not cleaned at all. There are no pupils, and they are just getting paid,” he said.
According to the press service of the Ministry of Preschool and School Education, at present, the PGO employees are studying all the details.
It should be recalled that in July 2020, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev signed a law that establishes liability for interference in the activities of teachers.
It has been determined that illegal interference in the professional activities of a teacher of an educational institution or obstruction of the performance of his official duties entails liability.
The penalties for such offenses are:
- imposition of a fine on citizens from 5 to 7 BCAs (from 1 million 115 thousand soums to 1 million 561 thousand soums);
- for officials – from 7 to 10 BCAs (from 1 million 561 thousand soums to 2 million 230 thousand soums).
