Uzbekistan condemns terrorist attack on Azerbaijan’s Embassy in Iran
Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan Bakhtiyor Saidov called the Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan, Jeyhun Bayramov, in connection with the terrorist attack on January 27, 2023, on the Azerbaijani Embassy in Iran.

According to the MFA of Azerbaijan, during the phone call, Saidov strongly condemned the terrorist attack and expressed condolences to the family and friends of the victims.
“The Uzbek side voiced solidarity with Azerbaijan,” the message said.
In turn, Jeyhun Bayramov expressed gratitude to his colleague, noting that the Azerbaijani side will use all possible means to bring to justice and punish those responsible for this crime as soon as possible.
It should be recalled that the Azerbaijani Embassy in Tehran was attacked on the morning of Friday, January 27.
