On February 4, 2023, 4 foreigners suspected of illegally crossing the state border were arrested by the border service in Aktobe region, the National Security Committee of Kazakhstan reported.
The detainees came to Kazakhstan from Uzbekistan legally in January 2023 and planned to move to Russia to work.
Allegedly, due to the fact that these citizens were banned from entering Russia, they tried to cross the border at night using camouflage suits.
Investigations are being carried out in connection with this case.
